What does a lactation recipe entail?

Well, normally these dishes will contain galactagogue foods which means that they help stimulate breastmilk production.

And for an extra special boost a lot of the time these recipes will call for brewers yeast.

Brewers yeast is a powder that breastfeeding moms can add to foods and drinks to help increase their breastmilk supply.

Some common lactogenic foods are oatmeal, dark green leafy vegetables, flaxseeds, barley, and fenugreek seeds.

Using these types of foods is just one simple way to help maintain or boost your breast milk production.
